Let me know what you guys think about the following .info domains!

LatinSongs
Google avg. search for exact keywords = 4400/month
Phrase search on google.com = 156,000 results
Both latinsongs.com and .net are undeveloped.

ClassicSongs
Google avg. search for exact keywords = 14800/month
Phrase search on google.com = 1,230,000 results
Only classicsongs.net is undeveloped.

WebsiteAnalyzer
Google avg. search for exact keywords = 1900/month
Phrase search on google.com = 542,000 results
Average CPC = $7.79!!!
Both .com and .net versions are undeveloped.

VistaDownloads
Google avg. search for exact keywords = 5400/month
Phrase search on google.com = 59,500 results
Average CPC = $4.82!!!
Both .com and .net versions are undeveloped. Before some one says....this is not TM violation...because TM is "Windows Vista" and not just vista....plus there are a couple of good traffic websites using vista in their names for e.g. "bestvistadownloads.com"...and it also displays adsense.

Average CPC = $8.38!!!
Both .com and .net versions are developed.

IRA-Account

I just want to say I love the first three (and theme songs)... I don't know a lot about .infos though. I would say mid xx from my experience getting appraisals for my .infos. I think the key is to develop your .infos and you may get ad$. Resale... hard to do, I think. Develop

Just because one person gets away with TM violations does not make it right. They can sue you for using Vista in a domain & using it to profit off of their name, do not fool yourself.

If they take you to WIPO or take legal action they would easily win.

I too have seen websites with trademarks do well, but this does not make it right or worth it.
