Then click on "New User Form". Get to know the USPTO search procedures, since it is every bit as important as using google adwords, wordtracker, and other tools.

Celebrities also have an implicit "common law" mark for their name even if it doesn't appear in USPTO or other TM databases around the world, so "TomCruise" will cause problems too. If it is a fan site that makes no money you might get away with it, but usually it is best to not register things like this as a domainer trying to make a profit. I will let the others comment on the other names like "LesbianSpit.com" and others.

HA! Great John. I didn't even see the "Lesbians Pit" option. Oddly enough, the "spit" version has better stats, although I didn't check the stats before my comment above:

g("Lesbian Spit") = 52,200

g/adwords(Lesbians Pit) = $0.05 cpc @ "not enough data"
g/adwords(Lesbian Spit) = $0.20 cpc @ 1300/mo ave vol

boy... am I out of touch... I hadn't even heard of Lesbian Spit until last night, but somebody is buying adwords for that phrase!

Mickey Mouse is a TM so thats worthless . the other well there worth reg fee too. Sorry. there just not good.If you cant get your money back for them try.
