on June I win snapnames with $ 89 price.

at that time I did not check the domain name on the registrar.

Now when I want to move my domain to GD, I just found that it is still not registered to my data.

I try to contact SN but only getting auto reply.
Their support system did not work.

anybody have this kind of experience ?
and how to solve it

Why not login to the Registrar and change the details to yourself before performing the transfer?

I try to use the SN support
but it redirect to
http://app01.test.snapnames:8080/auction/login.sn?sendBack=support

and nothing there.


The domain still Not yet registered to my name/ data.
it still registered to old name.

I had the same problem couple of weeks ago. I sent email , no one got back to me.

Then I used their online ticketing system , and it worked. They got back to me within 2 hours and the problem was resolved very fast. They also did couple of follow ups.

I suggest to try their online ticket system after you login to your account. I believe it is under help menu...

Personally, I have found Snapnames to be pretty responsive; online ticketing is definately the way to go and you have a permanent record. On a sidenote, you name might not be at "Snapnames" but at the registrar that they sold it for. It's not a good sign that your name is not on the who.is, double check that your payment went thru for the pruchase first and there was no glitch with your credit card or whatever you had on file with Snap. Also might be worth it to check the who.is and contact that registrar for assistance as well as Snapnames.
