I find a domain I like on SNAPNAMES and bought it outright at its BIN price. A day later after they charged my CC, I now received "SnapNames sale for ......com cancelled". No reason, no explanation just one short sentence. Not even a kind of apologies for my wasted for nothing effort and time to use their service. After all they should know each CC transaction has a bank charge, to some of us both side.
They should have a means to ensure the domain they are listing and selling is available when paid for.
I will give them few hours to refund me so I can reinvest it. Anyone having similar experience with them?
