Snapnames Has changed my domain backorder

Yesterday I have made backorder for domain name ( fahrradprofi.com ) .
Domain name is captured by SNAPNAMES 28, LLC on 2021-05-23 .

Today when I have entered my Snapnames account .
I found different domain name "ahrradprofi.com" instead of "fahrradprofi.com" in my Snapnames cart .

Someone inside Snapnames has removed my backorder and added same domain name without first letter in my cart "ahrradprofi.com" . And this domain name has no meaning and value at all .

ahrradprofi.com is not domain backorder and was registered today by someone on 2021-05-24 .

For a layman both are worthless unless someone like you see value in it. But that is not the point. Instead of wasting your time you should be investigating and finding ways to prove that it is not what you backordered.

Everything has a digital footprint. Dig deep. @br1ll1on suggest a good idea of looking at order history. Start from there. Once you find the proof. Contact their support.

Udomain is a netsol-powered dropcatching registrar used by snapnames in some cases, such as if they need to deliver non-expired domain they sold acting as afternic or sedo partner. It appears that their system found that AHRRADPROFI.COM was free, and simply registered it via this registrar:

What might have happened is that there was a mistype during backorder, 1st letter missed. Fahrradprofi.com was dropping, and had at least one different backorder, catched by snapnames and delivered to somebody on 2021-05-23

"ahrradprofi.com" was what you entered mate, there is your proof you never ordered "fahrradprofi.com" most probably from your typo error , this is on you not snapnames

Oh and when you type in an available domain into any backorder service they auto register it and take backorder fee

Possibly a typo... but if that is the case, why would SN register another domain with an extra letter in front of a backordered domain ALSO on the same date ?

Additionally, even if it is the same date of registration. There is a four hours of difference in time of registration between these two domains... as shown in the whois info.

The registrar for "ahrradprofi.com" is UdomainName.com LLC which seems like just another proxy registrar setup by SN for dropcatching. Overall this could also possibly be a glitch in their system. Given a good communication this should be sorted easily.

All these can be explained (extra letter- typo error, four hours difference- available domains are instant when backordered while pending deleted are not until "drop time", registrar- snapnames uses their partners, sometimes networksolution) but then a glitch is also a possibility ,he should reach out to the customer service

Snapnames Support answered me .

They told me letter f was missing when I add domain name for backorder .
and all orders are final and non-refundable.

I talked about it earlier, ALL backorder service (Dynadot and co) will take backorder fee regardless of if it's available long as you entered it in the backorder section
