SnapNames and Network Solutions buggy

Is it true that all SnapNames caught/won go to Network Solutions as the registrar.
Network Solutions is buggy, I've "verified" the domain multiple times but still not working, online chat help is broken, phone support takes forever, etc.
Also, seems there is no way to get around the 60 day lock to transfer out which is frustrating.

Anyone else have similar experience? This kind of deters me from using SnapNames as the dropcatching service.

Not surprised. Just baffles me that a large drop catching service like Snap Names would use them by default. Does Dropcatch use a third party registrar and which one?
