I have owned this domain name for over twenty years. We originally purchased it to use as a general purpose "guide" site to many subjects. Kind of like an about.com site. Smart Guide to sailing, Smart Guide to Cooking, Smart Guide to etc... That sort of thing. We have many domains and are doing some house cleaning and have decided to sell it. Any feedback or info as to what you think it's worth, would be appreciated.

$1500 but I doubt the owner would sell it to me for that which is why my wholesale valuation is higher $1900. I paid a similar amount for my own SmartClock.com and I considered that a very good buy, I'm not not debating your opinion..only helping you come to terms with the reality. You can't get names like that for less than 4 figures unless your a miracle worker.

I guess you're closer to my "investor" category then.

Most of the folks on here seem to have almost no budget at all on a per domain basis.
