TopCuisines would be better...still a good name...however you need to develop this site to get a good value for this name!

Would be a great frozen dinner manufacturer "TopCuisine.com"
But chances of finding just that are slim to none.

If you decide to develop it, What would you use it for?
A directory would need the plural form.
