domain Small .INFO capital cities

Are .info capital cities worth anything when talking of small countries/islands/etc just because they are capitals?

I don't know if I should renew or not:

Funafuti.info (capital of Tuvalu, ~5K pop, world famous for .TV )
Palikir.info (capital of Micronesia, ~5K pop)
NDjamena.info (capital of Chad, ~700K pop)

So, renew, drop or sell for pennies?

Capital city names are worth atleast low xxx for even the smaller countries.
