Slow loading times?

Can someone please take a look at http://teendiscuss.com/forum/

For some reason the page seems to be loading slowly for me. Does anyone else have this problem? I thought that it was the advertising that was slowing it down but i removed them and made them iframes which makes it load quicker. Even removing the banners completely did not help. I am at a loss for what I can do. The images are small as they are and i do not see other options. Is this page loading slowly only for me for for others as well?

More than 5 seconds here as well... didn't help with the popup trying to load and being blocked by Google Toolbar.

It seems to hang for a moment while loading, I'd say it's the 400+ lines of broken and badly formed HTML.

Faster fox recorded a loading time of 13 seconds. It was slow getting an initial responce.

The loading depends on a lot of variables ... connection type , your isp problems, the load of the hosting etc etc
