Signature Spammers

Today I saw somebody who posted a rubbish message asking how an ipad works. This was his first message and he had two links in his signature.

Can you please do something about this problem?

1) Make signatures unavailable for 2 months after account creation
2) Dont allow links in signatures for 1 year

Actually Erdy I just deleted that.

It was a fake sig in the post, he has no signature access ATM being new,
so he faked it right in the post.

Spammers always come up with new ways. I'm surprised the guy went into all that trouble of creating and account and faking the signature just to post a link.

If fake signatures are common, Eric could replace the signature line with a tiny image. I just created one that you see below. This will make it easier spotting fake signatures.

fake signature lines, very clever spammer. Not being able to have a signature untol you reach a certain reputation looks like the easiest method to keep spammers out.
