I wouldn’t bet big on any company that owns the .com wanting the .app so badly as to pay you for it. And no one else will touch it if Facebook is building an app called Messenger Kids. I don’t know if this is UDRP territory but I would stay away from registering .app names of actual existing apps that are known brands and/or not a single word generic.

You're right , not expecting anything crazy for it or to even to sell it , more just experimenting to see what happens with DOT app related to Actual apps...thought this was a good one to do it with and it was avavilbe !( I highly doubt they will need / want it )

Freunde.app (friends)
Ratgeber.app (counselor / guide)
Rabatt.app (discount)
Stau.app (traffic jam)

And based on my volunteer work, I registered ErsteHilfe.app (first aid) as well.
All standard renewals. Got already one inbound inquiry for Freunde.app.

I did not believed its free at normal renewal rate $14,99 at Dynadot

I like it but Shot Gun dot app was taken the minute general availability hit at Yay.com, and Shot Gun App dot app is available, so I'm a little confused.

BTW I never heard of Yay.com until this week. It seems to have come out of nowhere being kind of a major player concerning .app's.

I noticed tickets.app got landrushed there so I signed up to do pre regged there. They sent me an email asking for the following which I was not comfortable giving a company I'd never heard of so I believe they closed my account:

List A (Photographic ID Verification)
>> Must be valid at present and have a clear and identifiable photo)
Driving License
Passport
Government Identity Card
Company Incorporation Certificate (If a company account holder)

List B (Address Verification).
>> Must be dated in last 3 months and clearly show your address and the account holders name
A recent utility bill (Not Mobile Phone)
National or Local Tax Document
Government document
