got a few with the following pattern
888 NNN 888.com
I was late so all that was left over were with at least one 0 in the NNN combination but I am pretty sure they're worth more than $9 ea.:)

I also was late for good 888 XXX 888, so I have this pattern only with 4 in the middle:
888 XX4 888, 888 X4X..... and one I bought for $20 - 888 959 888

well, too much more-than-1-word domains not readable untill we put space between words..

I have 888 234 888 I like the middle section having a pattern. This is all I could get with 9n.

I went to 11n (I know...;) just in case with book end 8888 and patterns in between like 777 and 333.

Worth a punt in my opinion to see the market in a years time

People are obsesed witj 888. You can still get amazing patterns that make sense evwn without 888

But with the length of the names going with 888 or 8888 book ends makes the most sense to me.

I just did some math for someone else, you I'll just copy and paste and you can extrapolate to 9N if you'd like....... Just a copy and paste of a convo I wrote about 8N below... ;)

8888xxxx
x8888xxx
xx8888xx
xxx8888x
xxxx8888

... Roughly "xxxx" = 9999 combinations, so 5 patterns times 10,000 possibilities = 50,000 names.

Etc. ;)

There's some good thread I've started and/or been a part of that discusses what to own, the stats, etc etc.

https://www.namepros.com/threads/8-numbers-domains.885983/

888xxxxx
x888xxxx
xx888xxx
xxx888xx
xxxx888x
xxxxx888

So 6 ways to have a '888' alone, but each category has xx,xxx = 100,000 possibilities. Thusly there are roughly 600,000 8N names with '888' ... and 600,000 8N names with '666', etc etc. So you've got to break down to more rare categories. Double triples, etc.

Now some people do not believe there's going to be value past 6N -- likewise, back in March, there's people who did not believe there would be value in 6N. ;) Others, like myself, think there's going to be value in 7N-9N but only for the true premium names. At this stage, with 100,000,000 8N names, you've got to be looking to own in the top 250,000 domains... Like the top .25% ... Certainly palindromes are party to that group. And you do that by looking at the top premium numbers and their most rare combinations. Thus, IMHO, even an "888" isn't rare enough in 8N.

-----------

Without redoing my math chart, I'm thinking there's 8,000,000 9N names with '888' somewhere.

What I've said in some other 9N thread (the one I started in the summer) is that 9N is the first "real opportunity" to get double triples in a name... IMHO, the best and most obvious being 888xxx888 where out of 1 billion names, only 1000 exist.

With 1 billion names, a LOT of "patterns" are going to exist.

The question is really more about which ones people will want and how rare "those patterns" actually turn out to be.

Regarding palindromes, in 9N, the number of palindromes jumps drastically from 10,000 in 7N and 8N to 100,000 palindromes in 9N.

The number of palindromes increases making the pattern in the middle equally important. I think triple repeaters are good like 888777888 or a sequence like 888123888

I dont know about 8n, but 9n has some very good patterns as:
88888 x88x
x88x 88888
the second one was regd first by someone, the first one was regd by me :)

Finally someone who sees the bigger picture :).

I constantly receive offers for many of my N8 and N9 domains which which have many different patterns ..not evwn having 888 or many 8s all the time.

Your domains need to have something different to them cause when something is still available a lot , you need to be different .

For example, you might see this name 888-282-282 as normal ... but I receive a lot of offers for it . Just because it starts 888 doesnt mean it is good....what makes it so good ia the fact the other six numbers are arranged so well.

Also this name 888-899-898 -8888-9-9898 and

888882838.com

So , be Different , and make sure the domain has atleast 3 clear patterns

I have consistently said long patterns need to be easy to read and if you can have ascending and descending patterns of triples ......cool

As featured in my signature

818888188.COM
881888818.COM

9N.com / Seven 8s in total / Four Continuous 8s and a double 8.

You won't find another 9N with just two 1s and seven 8s.

I've also got 987653210

it's a novelty numeric, because it has every number in order except for 4.

yeah i snatched up the 87653210 and 7653210....the rest going down were taken of course...but i will try to sell my three as a package if possible. I think the 987653210 might be the most special because it has every number except the "bad" one (4).
