Well today is the day .XYZ is officially released and open to the public and oh my oh my, some names literally in my shopping cart and removed the instant I proceed to checkout; I have a feeling this extension will overtake all the other extensions and surely be in the top 5 for new tld's if not #1 imo.

The only one I got is Portfolio.xyz. I didn't handreg it so I hope I didn't over pay for it and that I can at least make some profit from this purchase. Really thought it was a gem when I saw it for the first time and someone successfull with the extension here told me I could easily get high $xxx - $x,xxx for this one. What I like about it, is that it can easily be developed, by the buyer or even for my own purpose, in case I will not be able to sell it for what I want.. Would like to hear your opinion about it.

I agree. You should be able to sell it for xxx - x,xxx someday. Most of the legit companies who use .XYZ are more innovative than the common website:

If you can find a way to develop it into an innovative app or website that would be good. It is a great domain name. Nice pick!

That is a good one. You could probably sell it for X,XXX if you contacted the right buyer.

If you sell it on an auction it might sell for a low XXX which would be a good deal for the buyer. It depends on how much effort you put into selling it.

It would be better if you had 20 to 30+ domains like Developing.XYZ.

Then you could sell 10 to 15 for X,XXX and keep the rest for a much higher price. Most of the domains I bought are not as good as Developing.XYZ.

I will probably end up developing a good amount of them.

You might want to develop it yourself. The aftermarket is too low right now to get the full value of your domain name. It is essentially a 'Domain Hack'.

Developing XYZ = Developing Something

If you want some extra tips about getting it developed PM me. I won't charge you or do any of the work but I can give you some free recommendations. I would not let go of the only one you had this early, especially for X,XXX. It isn't worth it.
