I was quite happy to hand reg 8888247.com today and I have also regged a few others, I do like the fact that the 7n's offer the chance for pattern style domains, 2525888 or perhaps 2588825 or 8882525 for example. I tend to think a pattern, even if longer might be more memorable than a random 6n ? .. just a thought

but you are fully spot on with your guess that patterns do indeed become more important than sheer length (or shortness) of domains.. desirable 7-8N patterns do nowadays sell for more than any random 5-6N, thanks to the chineses..
