I thought this would be a fun thread to start up for the mini site motivators.
A mini site is defined as 1-5 pages of website content enough to put the name "to work" for you in the SERP's. The benefits of a mini site vs. traditional parking is the SEO of the domain and increasing it's monetary sale value depending on how much search engine and link submissions you want to undertake. Getting the "hard work" done for the potential end user and buyer is a "plus" when it comes time to sell your name.
Mini sites may not be for anyone domain, while premium names can make a EZ buck just left parked. Semi premiums and compounded words may be better of doing a mini site technique.
I will start off with:
AssistancePrograms.org - newest
LendersMortgageRates.com - a little older but I need to add some contextual content for SEO, just not getting traffic and a semi good name.
