Should you worry about 3l.io for trademark issues ?

Hello there , as I mentioned in my prev post , buyer changes his mind about my domain which is LLL.io
saying that he's concerned about trademark issues

is there really any problem with that ??

Is that true? Surely HMV, EMI and the like have trademarks in certain industries.

Yes, but only in limited sense. The domain is safe to use in other industries.
