I mean,
[email protected] maybe more professional, however it is too "business" if you know what I mean, especially I will give a quote in my email.
Or maybe using [email protected] is the best choice?
So I am just curious about what email do you guys use to contact the end-buyers for the first time.
And when you send this email, do you include a quote?
Thanks for any reply.

.US domains.US domains
I would particularly avoid using "free" accounts such as Yahoo, hotmail, or gmail for domain sales. I'd also avoid aol.com type addresses. I think it's best to show a business-like and non-changing address to show stability and that you aren't trying to hide something. The problem with using a address that includes the domain you are trying to sell, is that at some point in the transfer process you will lose access to that domain, making contact difficult if a problem comes up.

Basically, just think how confident YOU would be in the other person's shoes, dealing with someone with a questionable, untraceable, or non-stable email address.

Yes ,it is all about credibility
If you were selling Cars ,which do you think would look
better
DodgyCars at Cnr of 123Street and ABC Avenue or FIne Cars ,132 lexington
Same with Domain Names
[email protected] Looks Crap

[email protected] Looks more business like
especially if MyownDomain.com is a Web-site listing the name for sale

your biz email for selling names, and your free email for buying names if your biz email will increase the sellers BIN.

I'd use your business email and if anything use an ISP email, but at all costs, avoid free email addresses.

So does spelling "don't", "dun".

Itโ€™s an interesting subject that I have never really given much / any thought. I have always just used my gmail account to contact end users without thinking. I, myself have never had any problems with โ€œprofessionalismโ€ in my emails. I think itโ€™s more about how the email is written than the email address the email comes from.
