I have found an interesting domain which is the "exact name of one of Obamas cabinet (dot com). Am I asking for trouble by registering it or should I just leave it alone? Can I sit on a name like this ?
Please advise.

This particular individual whose exact name of one of Obamas cabinet is available could be particularly rough because of the nature of the position he has- he could really harass because of the department he works in-

So much for trusting the government. In most cases I might have registered it and simply face a demand for cancelling the registration from some lawyer but this guy could cause personal trouble. Of course, this my opinion, and probably have no idea what I am talking about.

Honestly it may be worth something depending on how high up he is. If you do not profit off of it maybe make a website about him and how gr8 his policys are you shouldn't have a prob.

Just make your own "name". It is better to do it the original way. And besides who cares about the name if you are just to keen on making and creating big "wave" out of it through your sweat and tears... :D
