This would definitely be a case in which you could be challenged for trademark infringement. ShoppersStop.com is well recognized, and I really can't see any purposes to the name 'Shoppers Stop' other than to divert traffic from their website to yours.

Definitely drop it, you won't win this case if they file a UDRP.
