SHAREWARE affiliate sites and links. HELP

Hi there,

I need to know the best places for affiliate programs
for SHAREWARE...

(free software downloads)

I'm on CJ.com and can't really tell what's shareware and
what's just software.

I want good shareware downloads for my site.

Can anyone tell me if there's a ONE STOP for it (like a CJ.com)

Or even give me a list of the top 20 shareware sites that have an affiliate program.

I used to start with shareit.com and regnow. But now, they are owned by the same owner. I would recommend to use Regnow.com

if i start a site with shareware (free) downloads,

do I (as an affiliate) get ANYTHING from a shareware download?


or does an affiliate ONLY get paid if the trail is converted to the full product?

DOES ANY company pay per shareware download?

(because they should... that's just like a sales lead)

As I know, shareware affiliate always pay per purchase. If you want to get pay only for download and install, I think you should start with Toolbar, screensaver... (many of them include spyware or install something else in installing computer)

As I told, this kind of program (pay per download, pay per install) are usualy from adware/spyware companies, so that must be nasty.

http://www.onenetworkdirect.com/ is the newest affiliate portal from Digital River,
the same company that owns Regnow. Most of their effort his going to this network now so I think you'll get the best tools and support there.

Strongly recommend Regnow. They have some good titles and a total of over 17,000 active software titles.
