I am interested in purchasing or having designed the following type of sites:

1. Download Site: Similar to Download.com


2. Affiliate Directory: Able to list various affiliate programs.

3. Games: Downloadable freeware or shareware games.

4. Mortgage: Mortgage Lead Generation

5 .Search Engine Submission

6. Traffic Reseller


Also I would appreciate any suggestions as the easiest way to create new sites of the above types. Possibly private label types?
