I got some estibot appraisals for it, curious to see how you guys would appraise these sites and what you think of them.

SFBeers- could be san francisco beer brewery guide/ coupons, or sf bar directory, or sf beer aficionado

PDXBeers- same as sf, except might be more useful in the sense there are tons of microbreweries in PDX

CabFlag.com- flagging a cab app potential?

Perfectwage.com- wage calculator for your job?

UpgradeMyPhones.com- with all these new phones coming out so much, might be a nice reseller or directory or guide

Personally I cant see nay value in these names on their own

Never use estibot to help you decide whether to register a domain or not

Just do a few weeks of reading on here before regging anymore names

Have a look at namebio.comn and DNJournal.com as well to help you

I'd prefer the singular "Beer" to "Beers" in those domains.

Only CabFlag.com looks attractive to me. Not sure it will sell, but I'd recommend a retail list price of $1000 to $2500. Sure, you could list it at $5k. But $1k to $2.5k is the range that will maximize your hypothetical return, I'd say.
