Setting Up Email And A Blog On The Same Domain?

I want to set up email on a domain name (Congerere.com), but currently, the name redirects to my blog at Typepad.com.
Is it possible for me to redirect the name to the typepad blog, but still have my email on the name?

I figured this would be the best place to ask this. If you think this is not the right place, Mods, you can move the post

Congerere.com URL (redirect or frame) yourusername.typepad.com (web address of your blog)

If it's added on your hosting account then you can setup any email you want.
