Im trying to put a blog on my website Bassintips.com wanting it on the first page below the buttons but i cant seem to find what im looking for. Any idea's of a place i can get a free blog that would work for this?

You may have to create your own blog software, or have a custom template made from a common blog software like Wordpress.

Long and short of that means you will probably have to pay money.
