Setting up a Enom reseller account charged me $195 ???

I Just created a ENom reseller account and I see a pending fee charge of $195.. I don't understand that. I was just trying to register a .TV Domain name.

If you want to register a .tv name, register it @ Enom.TV, not Enom.com as Enom.tv has them priced @ $24.95/year which is probably the cheapest out there for a .tv name
