Reason for sale:
Someone may remember that I bought this SEO site a few weeks ago. But I may want to sell this out now as last week I have made a major investmet in a purchase of a game script which will be occupying most of my time to promote and support it in the coming months.

About the site:
After I bought SEOassistance.com, I had spent all my time to fix the broken link issue, increase the toolz from 2 to 11. (some of the tools is hosted in other website, I may remove this tools before I sold this site if this is an issue.)

For the articles, I have submitted about 5 of them to website for circulation. I will finish all the articles submittion if I still manage this website.

For the ebook, I have not finished testing it after I bought it.

For the affiliate link, I have been building some exchange link in the past few weeks.

As for the layout, I have changed a bit. I do have many good comments in NP and other forums. So, I think I have made a good decision to buy this site.

Start Bid US$100.
There is a reserve price need to be met. If the price is not right, I reserve the right not to sell this.

As for the aucton end time, I cannot set one now as the reserve price has not been met. I would like this auction run a bit longer before I set a auction end time

My reserve is the cost that I spent on this site.
I bought the site at US$270.
I spent almost 2 weeks (a few hours everyday) to fix the broken links, add more tools from 2 to 11, submit aritcles, clean up a bit the layout. And also building up my backlinks.

Now it got 70 unique visitors per day. But I have to say that AD revenue is not high now, as click rate is low. Need some effort to improve the AD. It is about US$4 since Sept 20th to now.

stats I just cut and & from Webalizer is: (this is a daily avg in OCT).

I bought the site at US$270.

I am removing my bid. It does not meet your reserve so it is not valid and now has been oficially removed.

Note: I would have gone up for this site. Originally I bid around $250 for this site, but you outbid me. I understand you have put time into it, but at the same time you are selling/sold simular sites (SEOPageRank.info, websitepagerank.info, checkseo.info) thus to me the value of this site is decreasing.
