Hello, Firstly I'd like to walk through my reasons for selling SEOAssistance.com first. I wont lie, because of a bad decision on my part I didnt properly look through the html I got when I purchased the layout SEOAssistance.com has, I recently discovered it will take a bit of a recode to stop the pages being distorted when you view the large pages - poorly set up tables courtesy of Dreamweaver. I dont want this to stop any potential buyers but this has held me back because I dont have the any spare time to dedicate to a recode although it would be fairly straight forward to do, because of this set back it explains why half the site isnt completed although this will reflect in the price. I have also lost intest in the world of SEO to the extent of owning a SEO website, but you can pick this little gem up pretty cheap. Oh, and if you didnt know, SEO stands for Search engine optimization - big business.
Now on to the sales pitch :]
What you get:
SEOAssistance.com - A pristine domain name, perfect for any budding SEO company or individual, the current condition of the site gives a back-bone for building a very strong website. SEOAssistance.com has been live for 3 months now, it has a Page rank of 3 and 4 on respective pages.
SEO Articles - You will recieve 16, custom written, keyword rich SEO information articles. Some of these articles have already been submitted to various article directories which is an excellent way to use viral marketing. You recieve the copyright to all of the articles, most of which are a page in length - That is a lot of targetted SEO content - even if you disgarded the site you would be looking at a triple figure number for that sort of content.
SEO Tools - You get two quality SEO tools that are, again, pretty expensive in their own right. You get an all inclusive "PR Checker" which gives you additional information on backlinks, alexa ranking, etc. You also get the rights to a "Keyword Payout Lists" which is fairly new and is a great method of seeing what sites you should be looking to build in, if you are into that of course.
SEO eBooks - You get rights to sell 18 fantastic ebooks, this plays into a supplemental income. Although I myself havent had the time to build SEOAssistance up, the ebooks would undoubtly sell themselves if you had a wide enough audience. The whole system is automated and the customer recieves the ebook information straight to their email after paying (No hassle!).
Traffic & Revenue:
Traffic is fairly low, understandbly because the site is not refined and finished properly so I believe it is not fair to base the price solely on the rather minimal traffic and revenue is almost none existant. Traffic did increase this month and is currently around the 300 mark because of several blog links that have began to come around (which shows the potential in this site).
Now for the price:
I will start bidding at $150 with minimum increments of $10. Although it is easy to talk about the potential, as with most threads, with a fairly small amount of work to get this website up this price is an steal! Search engine optimization companies regularly charge into the hundreds per hour for their services and with the credentials of a site like this backing you up then you are in great stead.
