I have been certified from seocertifications.org
and our site is not yet launched
and also we use headings , heading tags but actually as i said we have not yet professionally launched but also
our site is rank on #7 for term "Affordable seo services" on Msm

Well...From one expert to another I would suggeset you fix the "PPC Management" link on your site.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Not only PPC Management but many links are not working
i also know Broken links causes Some great problems
but our site is going completely offline at now we are working on it

and i thing i havent advertised my site in this topic so why every one is concentrating on the site ?

Rankings at MSN? With only 250,000 results, being number 7 does not say much. Give me (and many others here) two weeks and we can easily be top 10 for that term too... Get number 7 for 5 million results and properly optimize your website, and you can consider your self an "expert"

Also, the latest Search Engine Market Share shows that MSN only has 9.1% of all searchers in the US while google has 53 and yahoo at 20.

Agreed TWM. I've maintained over 30 sites for over 5 years. Google consistently has driven 70-80% of the referrals on a daily basis. This is all from natural results - no PPC.

While MSN is a good player, right now, it can't hold a candle to Google-referrer stats.

100 have PR 3 +
50 has PR 4 +
20 or 30 has PR 5 +
7 has PR 6 +
and 2 has PR 7 +

Now ^^^ that is called real SEO.

sorry Nick but if you were a real SEO expert then you would not be quoting PR rankings.

affordable seo - i tried to visit seocertifications.org and the website does not even work. plus everyone knows that those certifications mean nothing (most likely all you need to do to get one is pay them).

and twm is right. it is simple to get rankings in MSN in general but even easier for a term that only has 250,000 websites competing for it.

and to give you some background, i was able to get my site to appear #1 on yahoo for our main keyword out of over 38,000,000 websites.

If it is "ahdfkfsdfksdfds" then yeah any website can be on top.

Try web design or web hosting and see how many years of sandbox you get. :D

nick - if you said that in the first place then i would never had made a comment.

yes the keyword(s) you target are the most important thing. it is always easier to gain high ranking for non-competitve terms.

i have done SEO for my companys' website and all our clients' websites, but i prefer not to list that info on this board. but i have gained top rankings on the different search engines for terms that compete with anywhere between 2 - 50 million websites.

As for the PR question, PR is a number that people use as a guide to help them gauge the value of a website. But I have seen websites with a PR0 have top rankings and sites that have a PR7 that have absolutely no rankings. So in the end the number really mean nothing. The only number that ever matters with a website is the bottom line (revenue).

let's not go crazy here. it does take real knowledge and effort to do it right. the goal is long term results.
