What is the opinion of people here on sending Sedo names to auction when a bidder bids lower than your price? I don't mean, what is the effectiveness, but what of the ethics of it. I've done it a few times, but I have to admit, sometimes I feel a little sorry for the guy on the other end. I know it's silly; it's just business. I've got one right now whose initial bid is $250, I then said $1500, and then he bid $1000. I could try to further negociate up to $500 more dollars, but if the last offer is mine, not his, I cannot send it to auction. But if I send to to auction now, I could possbily get more than $1500 because it's a good name. But, I can't help but feel a little bad about doing it since many people don't even know that can even happen, and he has made a pretty good faith offer. (Does Sedo even warn on the bidding page that an under bid can cause the name to be sent to auction?)
