Sedo - Sell, or to auction?

I received a pretty good offer on one of my domains through Sedo. I'm leaning towards just accepting the offer without letting it go to auction, but figured I'd run it by the experts first :)

I've been semi out of the domain stuff for a while now, so I'm a little out of touch (not that I was ever "in touch" really..).

What do you typically do when you get a good offer on Sedo? Send it to auction or just accept it? Am I correct in assuming that if you send it to auction the initial offer remains binding?

If the offer is decent and/or double what you paid, I would just accept the offer. Sending it to auction might come back to bite you in the butt.

I think the only risk, as Semtex implies, is that the buyer may get cold feet once the domain is exposed as 'being sold'. It definitely depends on the name (and how much interest there is from the market at large), but if you're happy with the price, Id say you have a higher chance of closing the deal / getting paid by accepting the offer....

Thanks :) That's what I figured and why I was leaning towards accepting the offer and hopefully closing the deal. Figured I'd check with you guys first since I've been kind of out of it for a while... I notice Sedo has raised their rates a bit (15% now). Still..going to be a nice profit on this one :)
