Sending domain to auction?

Hi guys,

Hope someone can help me with this scenario. You receive an offer on Sedo for a domain for $100.. you counter with $1200 etc etc. Eventually the offer is at $350 but you are still not at the price you feel the domain is worth!
Can you still send the domain to auction with bids starting @ $350 or because you began negotiations does the potential buyer have the option to withdraw?

Any advice please!!

You can send to aucion - only when its your turn to make a decision....
If you recieve an offer you have the choice of counter offering or sending it to auction.
If you make a counter offer and then the buyer comes back with another offer then you are back with a choice again - counter or send to auction.
