Sedo - Can you send to auction if offer is rejected?

Hello,

Even though I bought a bunch of domains 5 or 6 yrs ago, I'm a newbie at selling.

Over the years I've narrowed my domains down to what I considered the best and really made no effort in promoting them except for leaving them on Sedo.

I recently received an offer from a potential buyer on Sedo. I know I can either accept the price, send to auction (starting at the potential buyer's offer price) or counter offer.

If the buyer accepts my counter offer, I believe the sale is done.

But what happens if the buyer rejects my offer?
Can I still send it to auction starting at the potential buyer's offer price...and is the buyer still obligated to purchase if there are no other bids?

You can only send to auction after their initial offer.

The moment you send a counter offer back, the auction option is off the table.
