Semi-developed site, sell or develop?
Union Street is the main high street in Aberdeen, Scotland. It has approximately 250 shops on it and I'm building the site as a directory of these shops and businesses. I've got some well known brands advertising on my site through a couple of affiliate networks. Take a look and let me know what you think. I initially purchased the domain in the hope of reselling it but I reckon If I developed and kept it, I reckon I could make some regular money. Should I fully develop it or sell if I get a decent offer? Any other ideas as to what I could offer on my site?
