Selling Typos - suggestion

I see many threads popping up with selling typo domains which are either 0 day old, or have no stats. First off all, i think this is nonsense, the only reason why people would sell their typos without stats is that it doesnt have traffic at all. I think there should be a rule for selling typos only with traffic stats, as the ONLY value of a typo is the traffic.
