I don't understand why people use telegram. You need to install something first which might be some *ware.
....
Maybe they reserved premium keywords and trying to sell them as if a third party selling them.
Also they can block such sales anytime, in the future.

If businesses want to buy their ideal username for a group, fine. I wouldn't rule it out as a thing people would spend money on, but putting things in perspective, if your crypto project is "moon puppy", a lot of them would still be happy with alternatives like "moonpuppyofficial" or "moonpuppychat", for the sake of a community username, and to save spending silly money. I mention crypto as its popular in the space for many of the projects to have their cult (community) there, when it comes to their ICO, meeting the team, Q&A, chit chat and the likes
