I don't think you can resell .ad domains. From their Regulations:

5. Nor is it permitted to use the .ad domain name for the purpose of trafficking with domain names for sale, resale or transfer, or to permit or assist a third party to do so.

Thanks. Got it. Need to remove .ad domain from sale list. Have some very good .ad domains. Need to plan some concepts for them.
What about other ccTLDs? I have some 50+ names like Crypto, Coin, Code, Vibe.do, Ai.af, App, Api etc.. Any useful to hold?
