Established Selling HUGE Site With Many Members

Well, I'm not really planning on selling it now, but if I get a high offer I really like, I'll accept it.

The site? http://everythinghalo.com. Domain expires late next year. This domain itself got upraissels of mid $xx.

This site was meant orinigally for Halo: Combat Evolved fans for video tutorials on glitches, secrets, and tricks. There really aren't any sites dedicated to Halo with many videos, so this is a unique idea.

There are currently 119 members at the forum, with at least 5 signups a day now. There are around 100 unique pageviews a day, all completely targeted. Some post, some do not.

Everything on the site will belong to the owner of whoever buys the site, including the great videos themselves and the banner, which was made by me. Buyer will get COMPLETE rights to the tutorial videos. You can sell them, or do whatever you want. The forum is SMF, very nice forum.

I just added the topsites on the front page 2 days ago, and they are already almost at the top. On the largest topsite, I am number 5 (and still going up).

People come from all over the world to this site in search of tricks.

The adsense doesn't make much. I get 2-12 clicks a day, making anywhere from $.02 - $2.00 a day (that 2 dollars was lucky I guess). On average, I get about 20 cents a day.

However, this site has HUUUUUGE potential, as Halo 2 will come out on pc, and with Halo 3 coming out soon for xbox 360, this site will no doubt double, triple, or even quadruple its success.

Well seeing as Halo 1 came out 3 years after it was released on Xbox, im pretty sure it'll take a while before we hear about it!

Hehe, well like I said in my earlier post... I'm sorry.

Well, my darned host (mygighost) is not responding to any of my e-mails, no support no thing. The bandwith is gone, and I'll be switching hosts. Hopefully it'll be up asap.
