Selling advice for a newbie

Im new to the world of domaining, and am trying to seek advice on the best way to go about selling one of my first domain names.

The name is dovermotels.com and am wondering if you guys think this name has good value and what types of end users might be interested in it? The exact search term "dover motels" gets almost 7,000 searches a month according to googles keyword tool (27,000 when the "broad" match type is used).

What kinds of end users might be a good idea to approach with this name (if any)? Anyway, thanks for any advice that you guys would be willing to share. Its good to be a part of the forum!

DoverMotel.com is a good name to sell to an end user. It is best you learn to develop DoverMotels.com and seek out motels and hotels in Dover and surrounding region, as advertisers. Anything else, look for a $0.05 or an occasional $0.50 click as often as you see a snow flake in spring.
