What if the buyer takes WHOIS privacy and Escrow could not verify the ownership transfer?

What if the buyer uses different name/email in domain transfer and Escrow account, how will I convince Escrow that I have transferred the domain to buyer?

They transfer the money to Escrow. You transfer the domain to Escrow. When Escrow has verified they have both they pay you and send the domain to the buyer.

Escrow.com asks you to transfer the domain only to the email address mentioned in the transaction.

The short answer to your question is I believe Escrow.com has "ways" of finding out through their links at the registrars to verify that the domain has been transferred.

Thanks. I opened a ticket with Escrow and they said I can send them proofs that I have completed the transfer.
