According to your own appraisal, please list out which domain/s (you think) you can easily sell above $5000, $10,000 and $15,000

Please mention reason why you think your domain is valuable.

Those who agree with the domain appraisal, please like.

For those who disagree with the domain appraisal, please click Thanks.

Moreover, you can also appraise your own domains higher than $ 500 here in this thread.

With all due respect, what is the purpose of this? It seems like just another way to peddle our wares and there doesn't seem to be any quantitative back-up to appraisals, like comp sales. It's such a crapshoot because a domain ultimately is worth whatever a buyer will pay.
BUT - while I'm here, I'll pose a question. Hyphens? I never touch them. Or go to any website that has one. Does anyone think they're valuable? I have a friend who develops sites and swears by them.
Thanks

I agree. I don't understand the point of this thread.
It just seems like an extra way for people to flog crappy domains.

Techfactr.com

It can be a Million dollar tech website...
It could be a million dollar tech website, if it was an established website. What do you think the domain alone is worth?

It's not the TLD of Sweden (which is .se). It's a privately-owned subdomain under .se marketed that like a TLD, but it isn't.
CentralNic specialize in this kind of thing. But they are worthless.
If you are confused, then this is the aim :)

I have a few German domains with hyphens. It's standard to separate words in Germany.

Folks, just a little food for thought:

If your domain names can be easily sold for $5,000+ then you should already be getting offers in this range.

Vissuals.com but its best for end user

Aqqus.com
I consider it to sell $5000 or a little lesser because this can easily be picked up by a new or emerging tech company ready to launch a new product into the market

Standard practice in Germany to separate words with hyphens.

Scandinavians love the bindestreck as well. It denotes the joining of two words in their own right. We join several words together in speech.
The Detective Bureau would be Detektivbyrรฅn. Not to do so would be a grammatical error du to separation of words called sรคrskrivning (apart writing). Words that are compounded in Swedish are not in English.

For capitalised words it looks like this.
Norwegian Swedish would be Norsk-Svensk so in this case it would be wrong to remove the bindestreck hyphen.

Same in German as these are Germanic rules. Swedish is a North Germanic Language (ett nordtyskt sprรฅk).

With respect I would have to disagree.

More and more companies are embracing the Swedish letters ร…ร„ร– and using them in their domain names. Then they use AAO for their english versions if there is an international customer circle. Previously everybody was awkwardly spelling swedish words with aao and while kinda funny it just gets ridiculous after a while and threatens the language.

http://www.com.se/

This is a new site to me but I know that companies like to present themselves as Swedish and they might start using this more and more. I will probably register a few names here.

They nailed it when they say

HITTA DOMร„NEN DU ALLTID VELAT REGISTRERA!

Find the domain you always wanted to register.

I dare say it's no different than supporting your country in football.

.KOM.SE would be even better for Scandinavia and Germany but the French would probably complain... what with Brexit and everything... well...:xf.grin:
