Hello. I am a first time poster here.
I was working with a company that was trying to build out a nationwide apartment rental directory, similar to rent.com or apartments.com. The name of our company was ApartmentList.com. Well, the company didn't make it to the finish line. Actually, it never really made it to the starting line.
Along with the domain apartmentlist.com, we registered or acquired approximately 160 other domain names such as newyorkapartmentlist.com, miamiapartmentlist.com, laapartmentlist.com, portlandapartmentlist.com and so on. Basically, we have most all of the states + apartmentlist.com and the major cities + apartmentlist.com. Additionally, we were planning a Spanish version of the website so there are domains registered such as listadeapartmentos.com.
We would like to liquidate the entire domain portfolio in order to pay back the investor in the company. Does anyone have recommendations on how to best sell this portfolio? What could I expect to get?
Thanks and Best Regards,
Allen Graber
