Buyer first $100 offer > my counter $2500 > Buyer counter $1500 > My counter $2000

so If buyer doesn't accept $2000 offer within 7 days, can i accept $1500 offer ?

Thanks

Hi DKN,

Congrats :)

No, You Can't accept it after 7 days. I suggest you to put an auction for 6th day. This way you could get min of $1500. If you got no bids then domain will be offered to $1500 buyer. This is my opinion.

Counter offer with Related sales links / recent sales etc.,

Explain to buyer about domain value and inform to increase his offer.

The problem is you can't push it to auction if you have countered the (buyer's) offer. I think the best option is to meet the buyer's earlier offer of $1500. There's still no guarantee they will accept, but chances are pretty good they will.

Or you can wait it out and hope they come back and accept the $2000, which they still can do after the 7 days have expired.

He can speak with a sedo rep about this. There should be a some sort of adjustment to this.

after your counter offer of 2K, the buyer has no obligation to counter or accept a lower offer.

after 7 days, you cannot push to auction.

however, after 7 days, you can extend the offer and submit either the same amount, lower it or submit a higher amount, to that buyer.

imo...
