Sedo wants 50 EUR commision for domain selling at 60 EUR sale

This offer arrived minutes ago and refressing sedo page continuously because I can't believe what I'm seeing and hoping that there is a glitch. Here is the screenshot:

Are they crazy? If I'm going to accept the offer of 60 EUR they are expecting me to get 10 EUR and give 50 EUR for their service.

The minimum fee at Sedo is 50EUR .. Read their TOS !

I see now what happened. I was very surprised because a few days ago I sold a domain for 60 EUR and they charged %10 whis is 6 EUR commision.

The reason for the fee being different now is that the domain is not parket at sedo.

What a shame. I have just lost a potential buyer.
