Sedo parking not active - Domain stuck on For-Sale mode (besthomeusa.online)

The domain is already showing the parking (blue page with blue sponsored ads),
but inside Sedo the "Parking Layout" option is still not available.
Why is the layout option missing when the domain is already parked on the front-end
Also, I want to ask whether Sedo requires any TMP or RSOC form for activating full parking features/layouts?
Or is this layout lock just a temporary review before the domain becomes fully parking-enabled?

Because some people said TMP/RSOC application is needed, but I am not sure if that applies to new domains or only high-traffic monetization accounts
One more question please:

Do I need to fill any Sedo monetization form (TMP or RSOC) in order to fully activate the green parking page and unlock the Parking Layout options inside the Sedo panel?

Right now in my Sedo dashboard I only see "For Sale" and "Auto" but NOT the full parking layout options.

Is this normal for newly parked domains until Sedo completes verification, or is there a separate approval step required to enable full parking mode please help me
