More good news! Sedo has finally released a new .mobi parking page! I'm not sure if it can be customized yet as none of my mobi domains are currently parked there. Can someone let us know? Thanks

I just saw that. The mtld emulator says something about Not Acceptable text.html - but the page does load & looks ok on the emulator. A vast improvement.

Thanks for the update. I checked my pages out on the emulator aswell and they are finally loading. Now I'll just let the pennies role in until I get some development work done.

I posted a couple of weeks ago that one of my .mobi's would sometimes come up in mobi format.

I thought I was crazy or my computer was broken when they would only happen sporadicaly, and then it stopped.

I'm happy to say that all my .mobis are now compliant and look great on my phone.

Thank You SEDO!!

I tried adding a pic. Doesn't seem to have any effect for .mobi names. The one thing that does NOT look good is the for sale sign. It's right at the top and wraps two lines of text on a phone even for a short name. ...doesn't seem to be a option to move the [div] tag to the bottom in the sedo control panel.

I might just change mine to not for sale until I can develop them.

I'm curious what phone you're using? I'm using the Audiovox 6700.
Also tell me the name so I can see it on my phone.

Seeing the .mobi domains with ads on them does look interesting since now we know there are feeds available for the .mobi extension.

Hopefully Google and Yahoo and MSN will soon make this type of ad publishing available for the general public.

I am a little annoyed by that too. On the emulator the "this name may be for sale" box takes up the immediate front page. I just changed the status of that mobi domain to not for sale. Hopefully it'll chang the parked page to just advertisements.

Check out TVTOGO or Yez.mobi and you see the ads much smaller. I guess it is mobi compliant...

The page loads up perfect in my handphone...
except, I cant imagine users clicking on those links, which lead to full webpages.

That is a big issue for both advertisers & visitors. However, I am sure that G & Overture are already working on a "mobile network" advertising option similar to the content network option. It will be a while before these names see big traffic anyway.

Yes it is a problem that the links go to .com websites!

Hopefully in the near future those links will all be for .mobi websites!!!

Within the past 2 hours I've had 2 page views from random people on one of my mobi domains parked at sedo. I don't know if it's just coincidence or if it's because my domains can finally be viewed but it looks promising.

I like the feature of having a number next to the tiny links for easier navigation.

How the heck do you do that? I have been wandering around the various menus for a while & still haven't figured out how to remove them from the sales listings.
