Sedo has a minimum fee of 200 USD or a minimum sales price of 220 USD for any domain sold right? So what happens when a domain name gets sold for less than that through their (direct) auctions? Does that even happen? I see bids' amounts less than 200 USD, like 99 USD and what not. Thanks in advance.

There's no minimum fee for a lot of top level domains that fall in category 1. Minimum fees for tlds in category 2 are indeed USD 200.

Yes, but what about the Category 2 domain names? Specifically the .com domain names?
Right now, there are many 4 letter .com names in auction with a single bid of 99 EUR (reserve range is 1 - 99 EUR, meaning the reserve has been met). Is that a real bid by a person? And if that bid ends up being the final bid, what happens then? Does the auction for that domain name get cancelled 'cause it didn't meet the $220 minimum? Does it go through and the buyer actually ends up paying Sedo?

the list of Category 1 TLDs is very long, but the request is very interesting.
May be the seller needs to pay the difference and loosemore money than you earn ?:xf.smile:
