Sedo is not responding

I added one country tld in my Sedo account for listing. I also changed the DNS of the domain to that of Sedo but I couldn't add text record because the interface is a bit strange. Anyways that domain was in pending mode.
I added another domain with the same country tld in the same manner and it was automatically added.

I wrote Sedo 2 times in four days and they are not replying. Knock knock is there anybody in the house?

When the response delayed, I changed the DNS to Namepros DNS. Now I have to change it back Sedo so you may confirm. Thanks!

So that we can manually verify the ownership of your domain for you, please can you send us a screenshot of the domain in your Sedo account including the following information:

>Your full name and address.
>The domain name and registered / expiration date.
>Full screenshot which includes the registrars details.

Once I have had this screenshot I can manually verify the domain for you.

I sent you DM. I also have changed the Name server into sl1.sedo.com & sl2.sedo.com

I have no issue in adding my other domain blank.et which was added after helm.et
Not sure what went wrong when adding helm.et. Hope you will fix it soon. Thanks.

it has been a few days for me as well without response. Normally they get back to you in 72 hours, but this time perhaps they are short of staff.
