Auction just finished with Bidder 1 winning the auction for $4200. As EQ mentioned in another post this is a high annual fee premium reg. Nonetheless it sold, not for much.

On another note, I noticed that Estates.tv is up for auction at Sedo with reserve met with an offer of 5,000 USD. The domain is not registered at enom and thus is a nonpremium registration. This should make for a good sale, imo.

I saw estates.com or estate.com listed for sale at the recent TRAFFIC auction, but I am not sure if that sold or not.

Does this mean who ever sold it lost money, or could they have gotten a discount when the initally regged it?

I would wait until it really goes through escrow and it is public, unless it is someone on the board who has bought it. There are many times buyers change their minds even though they are under contract. I have seen it happen before to others to include myself.
