Sedo Domain Description

Hi all,

What information should I be putting in ''Offer Description'' when listing my domains on Sedo?

I can see some people list their other domains, some with details of broad search results, some leave it blank.

What is best?

I have Keyword domains and brandable domains.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a quite long generic text that explains what makes a good domain and links to the latest sales at DN Journal. You can use the one description for all of your listings.

Logged in people can already see your portfolio if you have that enabled.

Anything is better than nothing, so at the very least put something there.

I rarely, put anything in that space.


buyers don't give shit about that, they only care about price.


now if you're going to send it to auction, then maybe you may want to add some rhetoric to entice the bidders.

Not all buyers know how to value domains. For my .me domains I like to point out how much people have been paying for them recently. It is the only way I can get this info to a potential buyer.
